We currently ship across all of Egypt.

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
• All other governorates: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.

If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful or unanswered, your order will be automatically cancelled and returned to us.

Please keep your phone nearby after placing your order so our courier can reach you if needed.

Upon Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

• Orders cannot be opened or tried on while the courier is waiting.
• Packages cannot be partially accepted. They must be either:
  • Accepted in full, or
  • Returned in full to the courier.
